The Scouting adventure, camping trips, high-adventure excursions, and having fun are important to everyone in Scouting...and so are your safety and well-being. Completing the annual Health and Medical Record is the first step in making sure you have a great Scouting Experience. 

The updated Annual Health & Medical Record (AHMR) is now LIVE.  Click the Annual Health and Medical Records link above.  Many answers regarding AHMR can be found on the revised Frequently Asked Questions page.  To help communicate these changes we have developed two AHMR related Safety Moments that you can use:

COUNCIL REFUND POLICY

►Reservations canceled at least 30 days prior to the first day of an event will receive a 80% refund.

►Cancellations within 30 days, and no less than 48 hours prior, will receive a 50% refund.

►No refunds will be given for cancellations made the day of an event, and for those activities where promotion literature states “No refunds”.

►Cancellations due to COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS will receive a 100% refund.

All cancellations must be made directly to the Eykamp Scout Center in writing or by calling 812-423-5246 and then confirmed in writing.

National events are not subject to this Policy.
