Eagle Scouts
Eagle Scout - Scouting America's Highest Rank
The Eagle Scout is the highest rank in the Scouts BSA program of Scouting America, representing the pinnacle of achievement in youth Scouting. Since its creation in 1911, only about 4% of Scouts have earned this rank after a rigorous review process.
What it Means
Eagle Scout is more than a badge - it's a lifelong honor symbolizing leadership, service, and dedication to Scouting's core values. It's recognized by colleges, employers, and even the U.S. military, where Eagle Scouts may be advanced to E-2 upon basic training.
