All leaders MUST be CURRENT in Youth Protection Training before the unit is eligible for recharter!!!

Here’s how to recharter online:

  1. Internet Recharter may be accessed by the Unit Leader, Charter Org. Rep, Committee Chairman or Key 3 Delegate

  2. Starting December 1, 2021 you can log onto https://advancements.scouting.org, using your my.scouting or Scoutbook login information

  3. Payment can be submitted to the Council or pay online

  4. Submit Charter Agreement Form to Council Office
