The Scouting adventure, camping trips, high-adventure excursions, and having fun are important to everyone in Scouting...and so are your safety and well-being. Completing the annual Health and Medical Record is the first step in making sure you have a great Scouting Experience.
The updated Annual Health & Medical Record (AHMR) is now LIVE. Click the Annual Health and Medical Records link above. COUNCIL REFUND POLICY
►Reservations canceled at least 30 days prior to the first day of an event will receive a 80% refund.
►Cancellations within 30 days, and no less than 48 hours prior, will receive a 50% refund.
►No refunds will be given for cancellations made the day of an event, and for those activities where promotion literature states “No refunds”.
►Cancellations due to COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS will receive a 100% refund.
All cancellations must be made directly to the Eykamp Scout Center in writing or by calling 812-423-5246 and then confirmed in writing.
National events are not subject to this Policy.
