Council Refund Policy
Items must be returned within 30 days, be in new, resalable condition, including garment tags/price tags, and accompanied by a receipt for a full refund to be received.
Awards (Belt Loops, Pins, Merit Badges, Ranks) may only be returned within 30 days and accompanied by receipt.
Items ordered online from www.ScoutStuff.org, must be returned to the address provided on the order. The Gaither Scout Shop is NOT responsible for any orders placed online.
Special orders & bulk purchases are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
All custom orders, books and clearance Item sales are FINAL.
