COUNCIL REFUND POLICY
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, be in new, resalable condition with all tags attached to item. Accompanied with original receipt to receive full refund.
All Awards may only be returned within 30 days of purchase, and must be accompanied by original receipt.
Special order items will be charged a 20% restocking fee if returned, and must be accompanied by original receipt.
Custom Orders and Clearance Items: All Sales Are Final.
Items ordered online through Scoutshop.org must be returned to Scoutshop.org.
Orders through Scoutshop.org can be an even exchange only, and must be accompanied by original receipt.
Cancellations due to Covid-19 will receive 100% refund, unless otherwise specified.

Uniform items can be donated to provide a new cub scout or boy scout with his/her own Class A uniform
Portions of your purchase are used to help Scouts in need through assistance programs provided through the Council
