Tales from the Trails of Scouting's Highest Rank, the first publication ever to feature Scouting stories and
photos from Eagles. They need your help! A brief telephone call will ensure your listing is completely

2010 Eagle Scout Scholarship Applications are Online
Eagle Scouts who apply for a college shcolarship, please use the correct application, which is a mandatory requirement.
Incorrect applications from prior years will not be accepted.

This year, just over 4,500 applications were received for the 109 scholarships awarded.
2009 Buffalo Trace Council Eagle Scout Scholarship
This scholarship is available to graduating seniors and undergraduates under the age of 20 by March 15, 2010.
Applications are due into the Eykamp Scout Center by January 15. The $500 scholarships will be awarded to the recipients at the Council Court of Honor on Sunday, February 28, 2010.

2009 Eagle Scout Strips Now Available
The 2009 Eagle Scout shoulder strip is now available in the Scout Shop for only $10.00. Proceeds from the sale of this patch go to fund the Buffalo Trace Council Eagle Scout Scholarship. |
Scouting Scholarship Opportunity
$55,000 scholarship for four years/$13,750 annually
• Students must have earned the Boy Scouts of America Eagle Scout, Sea Scouting Quartermaster Award, Venturing
Silver Award, or Girl Scouts of the USA Gold Award or making satisfactory progress toward completion.
• Candidates must apply and be admitted to the University of Evansville.
• Visit the campus by April 18, 2009. Arrangements can be made by contacting the Office of Admission at 800.423.8633, ext. 2468 or 812.488.2468.
• Indiana residents who wish to be considered for the UE Scouting Scholarship must complete the 2009-10 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) after January 1 and before March 10, 2009; out-of-state supplicants are strongly encouraged to file the FAFSA.
